First of all they removed my questions relating to the hunger striker, GEORGE ROLPH, but after asking about UNUM, ATOS, lobbying and payments to ministers and officials of the DWP, my account was terminated………

She’s right about one thing: DLA (and PIP) are awarded to cover the ‘specific costs of disability’. The rest of her Government need reminding of this fact and order local councils to stop using DLA/PIP as income available to pay the ‘bedroom tax’. There is no element for housing costs in DLA and, unless I’ve missed something, nor is there in PIP. This persecution of sick and disabled people, and the unlawful diversion of their benefits into rent, must stop.

Once again the DWP are up to their old tricks by threatening to take away, the already meagre benefit of the disabled community.
They have sent these 35 page questionnaires to claimants who have indefinite or lifetime awards.
Esther Mcvey told parliament that those on these awards would not be called in for PIP assessments till october 2015.
This latest strategy is merely a means to suppress or lower benefits before the given date.
As usual, the questionnaire carries the hallmarks of a department, hell bent on lowering benefit….
The document states, “IF YOU DO NOT RETURN THE COMPLETED FORM BY THIS DATE (DATE SUPPLIED), WE WILL WRITE TO REMIND YOU. IF WE STILL DO NOT RECEIVE A REPLY, WE MAY SUSPEND YOUR BENEFIT”

They send you this 35 page questionnaire that asks piffling silly questions and on its return, the DWP the deem your circumstances have changed so you must attend an ATOS comedy of errors, biased and twisted, not fit for purpose, examination by a rookie nurse who is not fit to clean a GPs shoes!
……. in other words, it does’t really matter what you write on the questionnaire because your circumstances “WILL HAVE CHANGED”

Indeed his life would be terminated in one of two ways, he could take his own life after being given a falsified medical report by a “health care professional” who has a private hatred of disabled, whilst watching the pounds roll in.
The alternative would be to succumb to starvation while awaiting an appeal tribunal, having insufficient funds to live….
A high ranking figure from the DWP, who did not wish to be named, described the move as callous, stating the ethnic cleansing was not available to detainees in prison, but only the scrounging disabled…………..

BACK TO WORK PROVIDERS FAILING THE DISABLED
Providers of the government’s flagship Work Programme have told ministers the costs of helping sick and disabled jobseekers into employment cannot be met under the scheme.
Of those who have been on the scheme for at least a year, a third have begun a job, figures seen by the BBC show.
But in the most challenging group – who claim Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) – only 10% have found work.
Work Programme providers say the needs of these jobseekers are too great.
The Employment Related Services Association (ERSA), representing the providers, says those receiving ESA have complex health and skills requirements and the Work Programme can not “fix all these problems alone”.
“The costs of helping jobseekers on ESA back into work are significant and cannot all be met by the Work Programme,” says the Association’s chief executive, Kirsty McHugh.
What is the Work Programme?
The Work Programme was launched in June 2011. Its aim was to get long-term unemployed people in jobs and consolidate previous welfare-to-work schemes.
It uses approved providers, mostly private companies, to find work for claimants. The providers are paid by results.
The government aimed to get 5.5% of those in the programme into jobs lasting six months or more. In its first year, this figure was only 3.5%.
Last month, MPs on the Work and Pensions Committee said the programme’s record was “poor” but improving and accused providers of “parking” the most disadvantaged jobseekers.
“In order for there to be a significant step change in performance in helping these jobseekers into employment, we need greater use of skills and health budgets.”
The call for spending from other parts of the public sector to be channelled in to support the Work Programme is an embarrassment for this flagship government scheme.
The Department for Work and Pensions says the payment-by-results contracts agreed with Work Programme providers already give them “a clear financial incentive to support the hardest to help into work”.
ERSA figures suggest around a quarter of ESA jobseekers have been unemployed for at least 11 years. The DWP says it recognises the “particular barriers facing many of the hardest to help”
Even the employment figures released in the article above are total bullshit…….
Of the 10% of jobs claimed, how many are workfare, temporary or have now finished?
