    Unlawful AND evil! Just a ploy to ‘catch people out’! Such is the mendacity of the DWP/Atos Geheim Staats Polizei (Ge-Sta-Po)! I’d consider wringing their necks a service to humanity! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! YA BASTA!

    Having been in a wheelchair for nearly 3 years, I think this is a discriminatory form of torture & they should be made to go through the European court of human rights.

    You all forget that a wheelchair is an imaginary mobility aid that does not actually exist in consideration of disability, and thus has no bearing on your ability to mobilize. And as the theoretical wheelchair you could use if you magically had one is only theoretical, it can’t possibly be a barrier to mounting steps..because it only exists to prove that if it existed, you would be more mobile, even if it actually exists..

    This type of discrimination is illegal within the “Equalities Act 2010”

    If the unfit people who are not able to stand proper, you can help those by providing wheelchair assessment .
