e-petition - Stop Unfair Re-assessments For Disabled People
Responsible department: Department for Work and Pensions
Stop the unfair and cruel re-assessments via ATOS for disabled people currently on Incapacity Benefit. ESA is a flawed benefit, and puts terrible pressure and stress on vulnerable people, putting people who cannot work on lesser benefits and applying sanctions. Let disabled people decide for themselves if they can work, they and their carers know best.

Nothing to do with those controlling the ‘puppeticians’ and their own investments into these tax evaders I suppose?
One day the British public might wake up and stop watching dribble on TV and finally cease being financially raped!
Disabled people being advised by Job center staff to sign OFF ESA and JSA then to go self employed then claim working tax credits which can be required to be repaid in full by HMRC after 12 months thus plunging sick people into debt.
