The shirkers are the politicians, who are elected to represent and act on behalf of the people. Instead they act for their corporate buddies, lining their own pockets and doing everything but the very reason they were elected (or not in the case of this rotten scum) so if you want the real definition of shirking then this is it. Totally and utterley failing to do that which is their responsibility as MPs . SHIRKERS OF THE HIGHEST ORDER.
