  1. Obama is not left wing, nor is he anti war. He is only seen as such because of the shift of US politics as a whole to the right. Just as “Labour” policies are only slightly left of the tories. Giving the easy merger of the con-dems and the pervasive market fundamentalism in uk politics it is going to take a major shift to see an effective left wing opposition.

Stop the unfair and cruel re-assessments via ATOS for disabled people currently on Incapacity Benefit. ESA is a flawed benefit, and puts terrible pressure and stress on vulnerable people, putting people who cannot work on lesser benefits and applying sanctions. Let disabled people decide for themselves if they can work, they and their carers know best.
