This is probably not what George wants, as David Cameron is conducting a reshuffle and polls show half of the British public think the Chancellor should go.

So that’s what a -37% approval rating sounds like in an 80,000 capacity stadium.

It has to be all the more painful, considering the cheers that Gordon Brown got at the Paralympic swimming:
