Black Triangle gave extensive evidence to the committee and we continue to work with the committee to do whatever we possibly can to mitigate the cataclysm for disabled people in Scotland that is the unjust Welfare ‘Reform’ Act.
We look forward to its eventual repeal – may that day come swiftly, for ALL our people throughout the Kingdom!

e-petition - Stop Unfair Re-assessments For Disabled People
Responsible department: Department for Work and Pensions
Stop the unfair and cruel re-assessments via ATOS for disabled people currently on Incapacity Benefit. ESA is a flawed benefit, and puts terrible pressure and stress on vulnerable people, putting people who cannot work on lesser benefits and applying sanctions. Let disabled people decide for themselves if they can work, they and their carers know best.

i hope you get somewhere with the committee but with this lot ie torys we wont get no joy with these i dare say they beat us harder with the atos stick and i suspect not long in the near future we have unum aswell to fight so down here it looks like a storm is coming for the sick of britain to contend with jeff3
