Should there be a specific offence of disability hate crime?

new report shows that victims of disability hate crime are being let down by the criminal justice system. There is no clear definition of what it constitutes – should a standalone offence for dealing with disability hate crime be created?

  1. What the disability official report does not say, is that it is our own government that actively champions hate against against the disabled……

ATOS is an instrument of hate. It actively takes away any dignity that we first had.
It tortures and denigrates and removes the value of an injured persons life.

ATOS reduces people to suicide whilst removing the very benefits that they need to sustain any form of a normal life.

PIP is the foundation of disability hatred, seeking to bring misery and death to many.

Rather than looking elsewhere to recognise the source of hatred against the people who already carry a burden, look no further than our own government legislation, for it is they, who actively legislate for it!

BILL GUNNYEON, CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER OF THE DWP, IS THE CAUSE…….

A sad human being having no respect for the disabled, whilst twisting the knife firmly in their backs…….

  2. My Blood Boils with Absolute and Real Rage

I Make No Apology at Feeling Disgust with the Scum Involved in this Victimisation
    of Vulnerable People

The Louts Responsible Need to be Flogged

  3. one day cameron will pay for his crime for discrimination on us disabled ..i guess he never really cared about his own disabled child he must have had nannies bringing him up.
one day he will get ill or maybe one of his other kids will suffer illness would he discriminate those too .

  4. The police just aint interested in hate crimes against disabled, I know I’m a victim, the two involved just wormed their way out of it by saying they were on their mobile when the threats to kill were made, one of them had done it a few weeks earlier (criminal damage and verbal abuse)even recorded video/audio on my mobile and showed the officer involved,(the two involved got away with it. the police just dont give a toss.

  5. Well that is an Absolute Disgrace and Dismissals are in Order

The Whole Casual Couldn’t Care Less Attitude of this Country Stinks and Needs
    to Change

We Need Revolutionary Improvement to Sort the Mess Out

I will Also Say that Lack of Punishment for Scum Involved in Victimisation of
the Disabled such as Tipping Wheelchairs and Bone Headed Thuggery is Letting
    Victims Down as Well

Scum Involved are Not Fit to be Called Human and thus the Question of
Human Rights does Not come into the Equation when it comes to Flogging for
them because they Show No Regard for the Human Rights of their Disabled
    Victims

e-petition - Stop Unfair Re-assessments For Disabled People

Responsible department: Department for Work and Pensions

Stop the unfair and cruel re-assessments via ATOS for disabled people currently on Incapacity Benefit. ESA is a flawed benefit, and puts terrible pressure and stress on vulnerable people, putting people who cannot work on lesser benefits and applying sanctions. Let disabled people decide for themselves if they can work, they and their carers know best.
