      You may think so, but I disagree Bluesky. As someone to has to contend with similar decisions, I understand that the law does not ponder on the niceties, rather, it is only concerned with the interpretation of the law. It’s either legal or it’s not.
      This was a good case for UK Uncut to bring, and it’s not a total defeat at all. HMRC have been shown to have acted in a less than professional manner and will be taking on board the criticisms that the Judge made. Lessons learned for all.
