I sent this to the CONDEM parties,
“Ladies and Gentlemen,
Why oh Why have you not looked into the number of people who are being paid by the Taxpayer disability bebefits when their past employers might well be responsable for their present illness? It should be, if common decency is still accepted what Britain is stil about, their responsability to pay them pensions instead .
I recently spoke to a nice Catalan chap that hailed from Tortosa ,south west of Barcelona.He had during his past worked for a British company here in the UK and as a result was exposed to that nasty,horrible Asbestos dust, & consequently he had developed respatory illness.Doctors in Catalunya diagnosed Asbestosis and he was advised to take the company to court as it refused liability.The court rejected his claim & stated that it was longer than three years since he worked for the enployer & due to a law put into place by that nice chap John Major did not qualify for compensation or payment .He had acceeded the allowed time scale of three years.
His Doctor and the Hospital in Spain contacted the Spanish Government who put the matter to the EU Court and won the case.Now he recieves a Monthly pension to the equivilant amount of £1178.62 or 1500 Euro by the UK Government.
Are we to belive the British Taxpayer is footing the Bill for this company and any other victims,& that includes British Citizens? If so this Law should be scrapped immediately and the Companies or their insurers made to cough up instead.
I cannot belive John Major was complicit in this deception ,of course unless he had some financial link to Lloyds or some other company.Iwould like to see some response on this matter.

Even the committee who deals with disability issues at the DWP, headed by Ann Begg isn’t particularly interested in the welfare of disabled people. Neither are the paralympic athletes that bothered as they’re funded by ‘lottery money’ (alternate tax from taxpayers).
Nobody cares
The trouble is that it is only by biting these types on the bum that they will “care”. They don’t really care as it were, they respect groups who have the power to make them look bad, and lose votes.
