    If her mobility is impaired and she cannot reposition herself the use of incontinence pads will predispose her to moisture lesions and pressure sores. This are a sign of neglect . Get a health professional involved and dont see Social Services without them being present. Give them information about pressure damage. Get lgal advice and let them know.
