Shows how bogus & defaulted the ESA Form really is. Shows how bogus & defaulted the ATOS medical is. Shows how over budget the Welfare Reform Bill is costing. Shows the DWP`s DPO [Data Protection Officer] is breaking the DPA [Data Protection Act 1998] Law. Faults denial faults & yet more faults. The DWP are liable & the companies they sub-contract out to do a lot of their work.

The ESA form is a doctored, bias, not clear [is really a new claim form] mess of a form. It is not worth the paper it`s printed on.

The Onus is on the burden of proof – so the DWP has lost any case against facts, truths & proof. The problem is from the start, the ESA Form. From then on in it gets worse.

Wake up & smell the lawyers coffee DWP.

“The templates have proven to be extremely efficacious – in almost every case the costly and stressful need for a Tribunal hearing to take place at all has been avoided as the DWP Decision Makers have re-instated benefits upon receipt of the GPs declaration.

Similarly, they have been received and applied by judges at Tribunal. Indeed, we believe that the declaration has been of assistance in addressing some of the grave concerns that have been expressed by the First-Tier Tribunal President relating to the sharing of information and evidence gathering.”

I fear for this country. A country where the most vunerable people in our society can be systematically victimised by this government and the government in waiting, where those suffering from illness and disabled by disease can be marginalised. History is repeating itself whilst the general public’s apathy is allowing it to happen.

I have to raise my cap to you all involved with this remarkable piece of research and report and thank you from the botom of my heart. I truly hope this factual report has some affect for us all throughout the UK who are suffering inhumane consequences under the regimes of both the Labour and Coalition governments. Not a day goes by without we hear of another suicide or death caused by this vile regime of ethnic cleansing. I believe individuals were tried at the hague for crimes against humanity in ethnic cleansing in Yugoslavia, why are this coalition allowed to carry out the same regime here in the UK? What are the European Office of human rights doing about this, why are they not fullfilling their role in protecting the citizens of the UK?
