Anti-Defamation Campaign in Defence of Disability Rights
“Just ONE person saying NO! I WON’T BOW DOWN!”
Watching the above film has not only inspired me, it’s made me realise why I’m having difficulty in crafting a reply to Atos’s 2 Cease and Desist letters that I received with regard to http://www.afteratos.org, it is because I can’t apologise for the words they are objecting to, I can’t apologise for the words, “please help us keep a record of the abuse being carried against the sick and disabled by Atos”, I can’t apologise for the statement Atos Healthscare, I can’t apologise for saying that Atos treat the disabled disgracefully and breach their human rights and I can appologise for saying Atos Kills, because in my mind, the statements are true.
Lets take the most serious allegation first – Atos Kills
I’m not saying that Atos Kills, as in putting a gun to some bodies head and pulling the trigger, but I am saying that the Actions of Atos and members of the companies staff, has been a major contributory factor in more that one persons death, and that that justifies me in making the statement, Atos Kills!
I can’t apologise for saying Atos Kills then, because I’ve nothing to say sorry for, in the above context, the statement is true. So, I will be writing back to Mr High and Mighty Atos regarding this statement referring him to the case of Arkell v Pressdram, I’ve took the content he objects to off After Atos, in the interests of maintaining the security of the site and the essential work it’s doing and to maintain the goodwill of my onshore server company who are themselves under legal pressure and http://www.afteratos.org is safe, I can’t now be made to take it down or transfer it offshore like here, if he’s not happy with that I’ll see him in court and a letter to that effect will be going out to him in the morning.
As to the other statements – Yes, Atos are carrying out abuse against the sick, Atos do treat the disabled disgracefully and Atos do breach the Human Rights of the disabled, so he and Atos can go take a running jump there too.
Can I ask, if you support me in my stance and agree with what I have said about Atos above, that Atos Kills! That Atos is abusive towards the disabled, that Atos behaves disgracefully towards the disabled and that Atos breach the Human Rights of the disabled to repeat that below as a personal statement of fact from you, let’s see how many of us they can threaten to take to court 😉

When you commit manslaughter you kill somebody, I’ve never heard of a manslaughter victim that is stll alive and not dead.
